The Ray White Group’s competitive Alan White Elite Performer achievers have been announced this week and local agent Brian Fairweather of Ray White Narraweena was recognised as one.
The 182 Alan White Elites, in a network of more than 7000 members, are recognised for their exceptional performance in the market during the previous calendar year (2012) and must achieve 65 or more sales or settle nearly half-a-million dollars in commission.
This status equates to the Alan White Elite Performers being in the top three per cent of the entire Ray White Group internationally, according to Ray White Group chairman Brian White.
“We recognise our Alan White Elite Performers as the very finest operators within the Ray White network. Our Elite Performers have shown and exhibited the skills the company is proud of,” Mr White said.
The best performing market was NSW (53 Alan White Elite), followed closely by New Zealand (47), then Queensland (36), Victoria (17), Western Australia (11), South Australia (10), the rural network (6) and the commercial network (2).
Alan White Elites will attend an invitation only conference at the Sydney Hilton and a celebration dinner at an exclusive Sydney venue in mid April.
The Alan White Elite Performer group is named in memory of the company’s second generation leader Alan White who, throughout his lifetime, understood the role people exceptional operators played in the organisation and never failed to recognise and admire individual contributions.
